President's message
Thanks to all of you, we are celebrating its 40th Anniversary in 2024.
It has been 40 years since I started business and 37 years since I established PDR.
I obtained a dental technician licence when I was 20 years old and at age 25, I started a material sales business. The reason to choose a material sales business was that at that time I was still absorbed in evaluation and research on dental materials at my graduate dental-technicians school. Besides, people around me would say that the dental technical materials I made were "bad," but I didn't know what was bad about them, which made me realize that I had no sense of making dental technical materials.
When I turn 45, I will retire and live a leisurely life. That was what I thought when I decided to become independent at the age of 25.
However, when I actually started business, I couldn't even think about what would happen in 20 years, and I had no choice but to chase an immediate sales profit. Having faced such a situation,
I decided to rethink that it is no use trying to rush, I will just work hard with valuing the present and live and run the business within my current income. Several years passed after starting business, we were able to gradually increase the number of staff working with us.The range of our line-up items from Japan and overseas were also expanded.
I don't do to others what I don't want to be done.I would like to sell reliable materials that I can use with confidence and that can be used toward myself. I have been working with thinking like that,
It's all thanks to all of you, customers, supplyers, and supportive manufacturers, we have been able to continue business for as long as 40 years.
I deeply appreciate you all from the bottom of my heart.
Although I haven't quite reached the business development speed I hoped for, I've never stopped challenging myself even now.
From now on, we will continue to improve our products and services, even though it might be little by little. but surely based on feedback from our precious customers,
striving to ensure their satisfaction.
